You'll work alongside veterinarians, veterinary technicians and fellow support team members in a busy, collaborative hospital where every day brings something different. What You'll Do Welcome clients and their pets with professionalism, warmth and compassion Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions, appointments and general information Schedule and coordinate appointments across hospital departments Assist with client check-in and check-out Maintain accurate client and patient information in our hospital management system Communicate effectively with veterinarians, veterinary technicians and other hospital team members Process payments and assist with billing questions Help clients navigate hospital services and coordinate their visits Provide compassionate assistance to clients during stressful or emotional situations Support daily front desk operations to keep the hospital running efficiently Deliver the high level of customer service that our clients have come to expect Why Build Your Career at Mount Laurel Animal Hospital? Qualifications and Skills:

Previous customer service, receptionist or front desk experience preferred Veterinary hospital, animal hospital or medical office experience is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems and office technology Professional, dependable and team-oriented Ability to remain calm and compassionate in emotionally sensitive situations A positive attitude and willingness to learn A genuine interest in helping people and their pets Don't have veterinary experience?
