Customer Service Representative Manufacturing | Order Processing | $18-20/hr

Job Description Immediate opening for an experienced Customer Service Representative supporting a manufacturing operation near Mt. Olive/Hackettstown, NJ. Manufacturing industry experience is required for this role. This position is ideal for candidates with previous experience supporting: manufacturing operations production environments industrial customers order processing and logistics coordination

Hackettstown, NJ Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Process customer orders, updates, and shipment requests Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams Track orders and resolve customer issues promptly Maintain accurate records and data entry within company systems Requirements ✅ Previous manufacturing customer service experience

✅ Experience with order processing in manufacturing or distribution environments Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working with production and warehouse teams Basic computer proficiency (Excel, ERP/WMS systems preferred) #Med1
