BDC Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:

As a BDC Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers—both in person and over the phone. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately Greet and assist showroom customers Respond to internet inquiries and schedule appointments Support the sales and service teams with daily tasks Maintain customer records and follow-up communication Help ensure a smooth flow of customer traffic throughout the dealership

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus) Reliable and punctual Available for flexible scheduling, including evenings or Saturdays if needed
