Sales Associate and Customer Service ( Chinese Speaking Request )

Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle customer inquiries will be essential in ensuring a positive shopping experience. Process transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide informed recommendations. Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed. Ensure a clean and organized work environment that reflects company standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette. Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math concepts. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance our service capabilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to customer service and sales techniques. Experience in grocery store settings is a plus but not required.
