This role serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, order entry, order status, and freight-related questions, while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. The position is hands-on and detail-oriented, ideal for someone who enjoys managing the flow of work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Enter customer purchase orders accurately into the company's order management system Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, lead times, and product availability Manage the order processing workflow from order receipt through shipment and invoicing Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales teams to resolve order issues and meet delivery commitments Handle service-related requests including order changes, backorders, returns, and credits Provide freight support, including quoting freight, tracking shipments, responding to delivery issues, and assisting with freight claims Maintain accurate customer and order records in company systems Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and customer concerns Hausmann Industries is a trusted name in rehabilitation and physical therapy equipment — and we're just getting started on our next chapter.
