Join our team as a Front End Associate where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front end of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide assistance as needed
• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front end area
• Assist in bussing tables and sanitizing dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely
• Utilize POS systems such as Clover POS efficiently
• Uphold food safety standards and procedures

Skills:

• Prior experience in food service or related industry preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions
• Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Clover POS, is a plus
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas effectively
