Key responsibilities
Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people?
We're looking for a Client Associate to: - Keep management systems up-to-date with client information
- Educate clients on account services and capabilities
- with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
- Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
- Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
- Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities
The team
You will be working with a team of Financial Advisors in the Paramus, NJ office.
Your skills and experience - Series 7 and 66 licenses, not needed at time of hiring
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector, or;
- College degree, focusing on Finance/Banking
- Excellentmunicator, with solid interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
