Duties Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy. Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness. Maintain professional phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs. Supervising experience is a plus, especially in overseeing team members during shifts or training new staff.
