•Friday | 8:00 AM
•5:00 PM What You'll Do Assist customers with orders, account updates, and product questions Handle shipping, tracking, returns, complaints, and billing inquiries Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer information Provide solutions to customer concerns and escalate issues when needed Communicate product, promotion, and inventory information What We're Looking For Strong customer service, phone, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to multitask, listen, and resolve customer concerns Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook General knowledge of office environments and responsibilities
