Client Support Specialist CURA Inc - 3.1 Secaucus, NJ Job Details Full-time $18.00 - $18.01 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Collaborate with healthcare professionals Behavioral observation Incident reporting compliance Physical security log maintenance Client onboarding Maintaining an organized workspace Intake Resident hobbies assistance Housekeeping assistance Routine inspections Personal transportation assistance Organizational skills Room tidying Life skills building Emergency response procedures Incident report writing Clean workspace maintenance Teaching life skills Quality resident care Entry level Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Monitor and supervise residents to ensure safety, compliance, and accountability Conduct routine room checks, headcounts, and facility rounds Enforce program rules, policies, and daily schedules Provide support and guidance to clients in recovery Assist with client intake and orientation , including belongings search (per policy) Document all relevant activities, incidents, and observations in logbooks or electronic systems Respond to and properly report incidents, emergencies, or behavioral concerns Support transportation needs or coordinate client movements as required Assist in facilitating structured activities and life skills development Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas Collaborate with clinical and medical staff to support client care 3pm to 11pm ( weekends included)
