This role is built around an At Your Service approach — owning the customer experience from start to finish with professionalism, efficiency, and accountability. We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor who understands the service drive and knows how to balance strong customer service with performance and earnings.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service visit Accurately assess concerns and clearly explain recommended services and repairs Write precise repair orders and communicate effectively with technicians Provide timely updates and manage customer expectations Maintain strong CSI scores in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of Service Advisor experience required Strong automotive knowledge and confidence in recommending services Ability to manage volume without sacrificing accuracy or professionalism Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
