What You'll Do Greet customers and accurately document heavy-duty truck concerns and service needs Open, update, and manage repair orders in the DMS (CDK Truck experience a major plus) Coordinate with shop foremen to prioritize repairs and keep workflow moving Secure units, manage keys, and ensure every truck is clearly tagged and accounted for Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and authorization needs with customers Obtain proper approvals before additional work is performed Handle inbound calls and walk-ins for current and upcoming service work Review completed repair orders for accuracy before closing Collaborate closely with technicians and the parts department to keep repairs on track What We're Looking For 2-4 years of Service Advisor experience (heavy-duty truck or fleet experience strongly preferred) Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Highly organized and detail-oriented — you manage chaos like a pro Comfortable using dealership software (CDK Truck is a plus) Valid driver's license with a clean MVR; CDL helpful but not required Why Hudson County Motors?
