The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the service process while ensuring their vehicle maintenance and repair needs are met. SERVICE WRITER EXPERIENCED ONLY

Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs. Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required, including vehicle maintenance, auto body repair, and diesel engine repair. Collaborate with mechanics to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of services. Manage service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services rendered. Promote additional services based on customer needs and preferences. Maintain knowledge of dealership policies, procedures, and automotive technology advancements. Ensure a clean and organized service area for optimal customer experience. Requirements Proven experience in a service advisor role or similar position within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, automotive repair, and diesel engine repair. Familiarity with air brake systems and alignment processes is preferred. Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell services effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive technology are a plus. A passion for vehicles and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
