Nissan City of Springfield is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to serve as the bridge between our service department and our valued customers. This is not a traditional sales position . Our goal is to build relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and help our customers understand all of the options available to them as their vehcile ownership needs change Duties Welcome and assist service customers during their visit. Build relationships with customers and enhance their ownership experience. Follow up with customers regarding their service visits and vehicle needs. Review ownership options and available programs with customers when appropriate. Coordinate with service advisors and management to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Assist retaining customers by providing outstanding customer care and personalized attention. Serve as a trusted resource for customers throughout their ownership journey. Requirements Multilingual abilities are highly preferred, especially bilingual proficiency in English and other languages to serve a diverse client base Prior experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is advantageous Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is a plus Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette and active listening techniques. Ability to build rapport and create positive customer interactions. Professional appearance and attitude.
