United Window & Door is hiring! We are a fast-growing window and door manufacturer looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties will include Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner Respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly and accurately Assist customers with questions, concerns, orders, and general service needs De-escalate difficult or frustrated customer calls while maintaining a positive and professional attitude Multitask and prioritize competing requests in a fast-paced environment Work closely with other departments and team members to resolve customer issues Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are addressed Maintain accurate customer and order information Help provide an excellent overall customer experience What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent multitasking and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once A positive, team-oriented attitude Strong problem-solving skills Dependable, professional, and willing to learn Previous customer service, call center, manufacturing, or window/door industry experience is a plus but not necessary Compensation and Benefits United Window & Door offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) retirement plan.
