We are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time seasonal positions to assist our team during our busiest time of the year. This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and e-commerce operations.

IMPORTANT

This is a temporary holiday seasonal position. However, there is an opportunity for the right candidate to transition into a permanent full-time position after the holiday season, based on job performance, reliability, and business needs. Permanent employment is not guaranteed. Answering customer phone calls and emails. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. Processing customer order returns (must be able to lift up to 40 pounds). Processing customer orders. Entering customer information into databases. Assisting customers with signing up for our email/text services.

Applicant Requirements:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Work well with others and as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills via phone, text, and email. Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Basic knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office, Word, Excel, etc.). Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.

Schedule & Availability:

Part-time and full-time seasonal schedules available. Full-time seasonal positions may require up to 40 hours per week. Must be available to work either every other Saturday (9 AM-5 PM or 1 PM-9 PM) OR every other Sunday (12 PM-6 PM). Availability for closing shifts (1 PM-9 PM) at least twice a week. Flexibility during the busy holiday season (first three weeks of Dec.)

Employment Type & Opportunity:

This position is for holiday seasonal employment only. We are hiring additional customer service staff specifically to support our holiday operations. While the initial position is temporary, outstanding seasonal employees may be offered the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position following the holiday season. Any permanent employment offer will be based on performance, attendance, reliability, and staffing needs. Employees who transition into a permanent full-time position may take on additional job duties and expanded responsibilities as they grow within the company.
