CLIENT EXPERIENCE & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
The Mystical House is seeking a dependable, organized, and client-focused Client Experience & Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our wellness and retail space. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating positive client experiences while helping maintain the day-to-day flow of a growing business. The ideal candidate is professional, communicative, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing client interaction with operational responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and assist clients in a warm, professional manner Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries Assist with appointment scheduling and client communications Support retail sales and point-of-sale transactions Assist with product preparation, packaging, labeling, and restocking Maintain organization, cleanliness, and presentation standards throughout the space Assist with inventory management and supply organization Support administrative and operational tasks as needed Assist with workshops, events, and special projects when required Help maintain an efficient, positive, and client-centered environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and professional Comfortable multitasking and adapting to changing priorities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Retail, hospitality, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
SCHEDULE
Part-time position Flexible scheduling Weekend availability strongly preferred
COMPENSATION
Starting at $16 per hour
