The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all customers. This role involves handling transactions, assisting with product demonstrations, and maintaining store displays while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with a positive, welcoming attitude. Take and process customer orders accurately, both in-person and over the phone. Handle cash, credit, and digital payments securely and efficiently. Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and dining area. Support the team with light food prep or packaging as needed. Uphold food safety, hygiene, and restaurant standards at all times.

Requirements:

Bilingual (Haitian Creole or Spanish preferred not required). Prior food service and/or customer service experience required. Must be at least 18 years old. Strong communication and people skills. Ability to work mornings and/or nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented. Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
