Job Description

A diagnostic laboratory is looking for a full time Client Service Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service reviews Order Entry orders and requisitions, verifies accuracy of corresponding specimens, and enters required data into computer as detailed in the laboratory's standard operating procedures. Prepares specimens for sending out to another laboratory for testing. This includes Review reports, pending tests , prepare reports for mail out, prepare invoices for mail out to the patients, answering calls.
Requirements:
Associates Degree highly preferred.
Major:
Clinical Laboratory Science preferred. 2 years Clinical Laboratory terminology. Ability to work as part of the team and independently when required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Great Environment. Please email your resume . Thank you
