Position Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for both entry-level candidates and those with prior experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages(Spanish) is required. While prior knowledge of the insurance industry is not required, candidates must demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with inquiries and concerns. Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone promptly and accurately. Performing data entry tasks, including the input of forms and other documents. Assisting with various administrative duties and tasks as needed. . Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations

Requirement:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
