Mortgage Customer Service Zing Recruiting - 3.9 Wayne, NJ Job Details Contract $30 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Mortgage Customer Service Zing, in partnership with a financial company, is currently seeking a talent individual who will be the primary contact for Mortgage Customer Service loan inquiries and respond to oral and written communications.
Job Summary Shifts Available:
8am to 5pm Pay range: $30 Assist borrowers, attorneys, settlement agents, collection staff with billing statements and payment posting inquiries. Assist the Payoff/Satisfaction department in the preparation of payoff statements for borrowers, settlement agents, and closing departments. Review in detail the complexity of initial and annual escrow analysis statements with borrowers Prepare amortization schedules respond to basic tax and insurance questions review and resolve all customer service complaints receive and process borrower telephone payments Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 5-7 years of customer service or call center experience within mortgage services
