Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the financial and administrative flow of our service and repair operations. Key Responsibilities
- Generate timely and accurate customer billing/invoicing after service tickets are submitted to the Accounting Department.
- Process, reconcile, and post credit card payments, as well as check payments into QuickBooks Software. Create bank deposit slips.
- Monitor customer accounts, collections, and outstanding balances.
- Oversee and assist with Contract Sales and Department efficiency.
- Assist with Annual Inspection Sales and reconciliation.
- Prepare Department Commission Reports for Contract Sales and Annual Inspection Sales, to be submitted to the Payroll Department at the end of each month.
- Provide Management with financial information and reports, as requested.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Service billing disputes or payment inquiries. Qualifications & Requirements
- 5Yrs. + experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Software and Microsoft Excel. ServMan Software, a plus.
- Strong command of foundational accounting practices and general ledger tracking.
- Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills. What We Offer
