Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services efficiently. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing. Upsell additional items or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Requirements Previous retail sales or customer service experience is required; supervisory experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Experience with product demos, and upselling techniques is advantageous. Knowledge of or familiarity with retail environments enhances your fit for this role. Pay:

$24.63 - $29.66 per hour
