Service Advisor

Duties Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain repair options clearly, including auto diagnostics, transmission work, brake repair, oil changes, tire service, suspension, alignment, shocks & struts, diesel engine repair, air brake systems, and auto body repairs Prepare accurate auto estimating and service writing documentation for repairs and maintenance procedures Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, or mechanical inspections to enhance customer value Coordinate with technicians and mechanics to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent customer service throughout the process Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business Requirements Proven dealership experience or auto service management background with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge Hands-on experience in automotive repair environments Knowledge of automotive systems including transmissions, suspensions, brakes, alignments, oil changes, air brakes, shocks & struts, diesel engines, and tire services Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of automotive knowledge Skilled in auto estimating software and service writing procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor Sales-oriented mindset with experience in upselling auto services and automobile sales Strong organizational skills including cash handling and managing multiple customer interactions efficiently Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive care! $68,019.17 - $81,915.55 per year
