In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your energetic approach will help foster positive relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Answer phone promptly and courteously Greet visitors at the front desk with a friendly demeanor Support customers inquiries, educating on proper care and practices with a variety of animals including but not limited to: invertebrates, amphibians, and reptiles Cleaning and organizing the shop, self lead ability to find things that need to be taken care of. Handling feeding and cleaning of rodents and insects, live or frozen Properly handle feed and clean spiders, scorpions, snakes, lizards, and any other animal. Skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence and professional communication
