Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (based on facility needs; on-call and flexible shifts required)Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited ADN or BSN program (BSN preferred) Current, unrestricted RN license (compact or NM license accepted) Valid BLS (AHA); ACLS required or to be obtained within 6 months PALS and CNOR certification preferred 1-2 years' recent OR experience as a circulator strongly preferred Experience in rural, resource-limited, or Critical Access Hospital settings a plus Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational abilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Ensure patient safety and advocacy before, during, and after surgery Prepare and manage the OR suite, maintain aseptic technique, and handle specimen documentation Monitor patient status, vital signs, and collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams Maintain rigorous equipment and supply oversight, especially in a resourceful rural setting Participate in emergency response and on-call rotation Accurately document care in the electronic health record Contribute to quality initiatives and staff educationBenefits & Perks:
