Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) Animal Hospital of Los Lunas Los Lunas, New Mexico Animal Hospital of Los Lunas is looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our small-animal veterinary team. We are a privately owned veterinary hospital providing quality medical, surgical, dental, and preventive care for dogs and cats. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, loves animals, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors. What You'll Do Welcome clients and their pets with a warm, professional attitude Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client questions Check patients in and out and accurately process payments Communicate treatment plans, estimates, and hospital policies Coordinate with our doctors and veterinary team to keep the day running smoothly Maintain accurate client and patient records Assist with prescription and medication requests Provide exceptional client education and customer service Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming front-desk environment What We're Looking For Previous veterinary or medical front-desk experience is preferred, but we will consider the right candidate with strong customer-service experience Excellent communication and people skills Comfortable discussing estimates, payments, and financial policies Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment Reliable, professional, and willing to learn Comfortable working as part of a team Compassionate toward both clients and their pets Basic computer skills and the ability to learn veterinary practice-management software A positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed Schedule Full-time or part-time options available. Our regular hospital hours are Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-5:30ish PM, and Saturday, 7:4 AM-12:30ish PM. Weekend rotation may be required.
