Job Description
About the Role We're looking for a passionate and reliable Sales and Customer Experience Associate to join our retail team. You'll play a critical role in delivering top-tier service, helping customers find what they need, and ensuring a smooth, friendly shopping experience from start to finish. If you're a self-starter with strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward solving customer concerns, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Welcome and assist customers in a courteous, professional manner Check photo ID for anyone appearing under 40; only sell tobacco products to customers 21 or older. Identify customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations Educate customers about product features, pricing, promotions, and after-sales service Cross-sell related products to maximize customer satisfaction and store profitability Stay informed about product updates and new arrivals Handle stock unpacking, restocking, and light lifting Keep store areas clean, organized, and visually appealing Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to the Store Manager Collaborate with teammates to maintain seamless customer service during peak periods Complete additional tasks as needed Who You Are At least 21 years old Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced setting Punctual, dependable, and flexible with work schedule Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays Previous experience with smoking or vaping products is preferred 2+ years of customer service experience is preferred Work Schedule Monday through Sunday (35 - 40 hours/week). Shifts include nights, weekends and holidays as required.
