What You'll Do Provide friendly and professional customer service Answer customer questions about insurance policies Accept payments and process transactions Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations Assist customers with policy needs Take vehicle photos and assist with inspections Help with marketing and customer outreach when needed Keep the office clean and organized Make bank deposit runs Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer knowledge Reliable transportation Flexible schedule Ability to squat, bend, and move while taking vehicle photos Requirements High School Diploma or GED College students encouraged to apply No experience required Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary Must pass state licensing requirements Full-Time Position Available Apply today and start building your future with us! #
