It's a fast-paced, family-oriented environment and they're looking for someone dependable, organized, and good with communication/customer service. Experience with scheduling, phones, or construction/plumbing is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. Can multitask well Is reliable and motivated Works well with a team Stays organized in busy situations Has a positive attitude Responsibilities Coordinate dispatching activities Monitor GPS data to track vehicle locations, and assign jobs Manage billing processes ensuring timely invoicing and reconciliation Provide exceptional customer service via multi-line phone systems, demonstrating professionalism with phone etiquette and clear communication skills Experience Dispatcher experience is preferred but not required Customer Service skills are a must
