Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain recommended repairs and maintenance options clearly, providing detailed auto estimates and service writing Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, transmission repairs, diesel engine diagnostics, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repairs Upsell additional services by identifying customer needs while maintaining transparency and integrity Manage cash handling processes accurately and efficiently during transactions Track vehicle repair progress and communicate updates to customers throughout the service process Assist with automotive diagnostics using specialized tools and mechanical knowledge to support technicians when needed Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of auto service management and automotive repair procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Skilled in auto estimating, service writing, and sales techniques to promote additional services effectively Hands-on mechanic experience or automotive diagnostics background to better understand vehicle issues Knowledge of various automotive systems including transmissions, oil changes, auto body repair, alignment, suspension, tire service, diesel engines, shocks & struts, brake repair, air brake systems, and more Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in automotive diagnostics enhances credibility with both customers and technicians Join our team where your automotive expertise meets your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences!
