We're seeking an Office & Client Services Coordinator to join our Las Vegas branch. This role serves as the first point of contact for our contractors, distributors, vendors, and walk-in customers while supporting day-to-day customer service operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both front office responsibilities and customer support functions in a fast-paced environment. Headquartered in New Jersey and supported by regional operations across the United States, we have partnered with architects, engineers, and contractors worldwide for over three decades to deliver dependable, high-performance access products. Our Las Vegas branch supports customers throughout the West Coast, playing a critical role in our national distribution network. The Role We are seeking a dependable and motivated professional to support front desk operations and customer service support at our Las Vegas branch. This position plays a key role in maintaining a professional office environment while ensuring customers receive accurate information, timely order processing, and responsive service. Your primary focus will be customer satisfaction through clear communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Front Office Operations Greet contractors, vendors, and walk-in customers professionally Answer and direct incoming phone calls Respond to general email inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment Coordinate communication between the branch and internal departments Customer Service Support Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Provide product information, pricing, specifications, and availability Assist with lead times, freight coordination, and order tracking Handle returns, warranty inquiries, and general product support Coordinate with warehouse and operations staff to ensure timely fulfillment Maintain accurate customer records and data entry Experience & Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in customer service, reception, or office support Experience working with contractors or construction-related products is a plus Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning product specifications and basic construction terminology Proficient in Microsoft Office (NetSuite experience a plus) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Who You Are You take ownership of your responsibilities You stay organized and dependable You communicate clearly and professionally You are comfortable interacting with contractors and industry professionals You thrive in a structured, in-person work environment Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $36,000-$40,000 annually, commensurate with experience Paid time off Health benefits On-the-job training Long-term growth opportunities within a stable, established company This is an in-person position reporting five days per week to our Las Vegas branch.
