Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Powersports Service Advisor, where your enthusiasm for powersports vehicles and exceptional customer service skills will drive success! In this energetic role, you'll serve as the vital link between customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring every repair and maintenance experience is smooth, transparent, and satisfying. Your mechanical knowledge combined with sales expertise will help customers select the right services and accessories to keep their powersports vehicles performing at their best. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive and powersports service. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, actively listening to their needs and concerns regarding their powersports vehicles. Clearly explain service recommendations, estimates, and repair procedures to ensure customer understanding and confidence. Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, schedule appointments, and communicate progress updates effectively. Upsell additional services, accessories, or maintenance packages that enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. Prepare detailed service writing documents, including auto estimating and repair orders, ensuring accuracy in all documentation. Manage cash handling transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Maintain thorough knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems (including transmissions, suspensions, brakes, oil changes), and powersports-specific repairs such as tire service or shocks & struts. Experience Proven dealership experience or auto service management background within a fast-paced automotive or powersports environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on mechanic experience or automotive diagnostics expertise. Familiarity with automotive repair procedures including oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, air brake systems, diesel engine repair, and auto body work. Skilled in auto estimating software and service writing to accurately document repairs and communicate with customers. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell services tactfully while ensuring customer satisfaction. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures across various systems such as transmissions, shocks & struts, suspension, tire service, and auto body repair. Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly while maintaining professionalism at all times. Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm & every other Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm.

$20.00 per hour
