Matarazzo Staiger Wealth Management is a small, close-knit team of three advisors with nearly 30 years serving Long Island. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and cares about the details — you'll be part of how every client experiences us. What You'll Do Be the warm first point of contact for our clients Schedule appointments, stay in touch, and follow up Keep client records up to date and the office running smoothly Help our advisors get ready for client meetings What We're Looking For Motivated and eager to learn, with a bachelor's degree or working toward one Reliable and good with people, whatever your background — retail, service, hospitality, and office roles all welcome Careful with details, discreet with private information, and warm with people Genuinely excited to grow with us in financial services Growth Path This role offers a genuine path to full-time employment and a six-figure-plus salary for the right person.
