Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate cash register and handle all cash transactions accurately
• Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
• Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's experience ```

Qualifications:

```

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are a plus
• Proficient in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
