Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service & Research Communicator for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Buffalo, NY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, asking structured questions, and capturing information accurately in a fast-paced call center environment. As a Customer Service & Research Communicator, you will make outbound calls to customers and prospects, conduct phone interviews and surveys, and document responses with accuracy and professionalism. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule, supportive team environment, and the potential to grow into a long-term position for dependable candidates who bring strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Make outbound customer service and research calls to customers, prospects, or survey participants. Conduct structured phone interviews and guide callers through survey questions. Capture, enter, and document customer responses accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive phone presence during every interaction. Follow call scripts, structured questions, and internal processes to ensure consistent data collection. Support additional customer outreach, administrative, or call center tasks as needed.
Compensation and Benefits Compensation:
$18 per hour.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
