Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Clifton Park, New York. This Contract to permanent position requires an individual who is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to customers while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our community. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer calls promptly to process requests for new services, service changes, or cancellations.
  • Manage payment transactions, investigate billing concerns, and update customer account details accurately.
  • Collaborate with customers and team members to identify service needs, address concerns, and provide cost-effective and environmentally responsible solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure data accuracy in the system.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with clarity and helpful communication.
  • Assist in resolving complaints or service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to perform administrative tasks and support customer service operations.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding service changes or inquiries.
  • Work effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining a focus on quality service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures when handling customer accounts
