ASAP Job Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and manage voicemails. Respond to customer emails and route questions to the appropriate departments. Perform data entry, update customer records, and maintain accurate documentation. Make billing and payment follow-up calls and send reminders. Track requests, manage shared inboxes, and assist with reports and general administrative tasks. Provide basic customer support and coordinate follow-ups with internal teams. Assist with shipping documentation and other operational needs as required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or administrative experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Professional, customer-focused attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
