Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Insurance Agency (Training Provided)

Position Summary Are you looking for a stable career with opportunities for growth? We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. No insurance experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to build a long-term career in a professional office environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions and service requests Respond to emails and follow up with clients in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate client records and documentation Assist with policy updates, billing inquiries, and administrative tasks Schedule appointments and support agency staff as needed Learn insurance products, procedures, and agency systems through provided training Build positive relationships with clients and insurance company representatives Identify opportunities to refer clients for additional insurance products when appropriate Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team No Insurance Experience Needed We will train candidates who demonstrate: A strong work ethic Reliability and professionalism A customer-first mindset Willingness to obtain an insurance license if required Preferred but Not Required Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or office experience Experience working with the public What We Offer Paid training Opportunity to earn an insurance license Career advancement opportunities within the agency Supportive team environment Ongoing coaching and professional development Stable, year-round employment Why Join Our Team?
