This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, learning new skills, and taking pride in providing exceptional service. Experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Responsibilities Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude. Assist customers with UPS shipping, packaging, and mailbox services. Help customers with copying, printing, scanning, faxing, and finishing services. Answer phones and respond to customer questions. Operate copiers, printers, and other office equipment. Accept and process UPS drop-offs and shipments accurately. Ring up purchases and process payments. Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist with inventory and ordering supplies. Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed. Learn multiple areas of the business and be willing to jump in wherever needed. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. Comfortable working with computers and learning new software. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods. Dependable with excellent attendance. Able to lift packages up to 50 pounds occasionally. Retail, shipping, printing, or office experience is a plus but not required.
