We're looking for a motivated, people-oriented individual to join our office and help us continue delivering exceptional service. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, providing friendly and knowledgeable support Assist clients in selecting the right auto, home, and commercial insurance policies for their needs Process policy changes, renewals, and claims inquiries accurately and efficiently Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals Support the team in meeting individual and office-wide goals What We're Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish — must be able to read, write, and speak both fluently (required) Strong communication and customer service skills — you're a people person Sales-minded with a positive, can-do attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Detail-oriented and organized Experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is a plus New York Property & Casualty (P&C) license is a plus — but we are willing to support the right candidate in obtaining their license What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($18-$22/hr) plus bonus and commission opportunities Part-time and full-time positions available Supportive, close-knit team environment with room to grow Licensing assistance for unlicensed candidates Opportunity to build a long-term career at a well-established local agency
