Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate information about products and services Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently Maintain detailed records of customer interactions Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

Qualifications:
