In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy. A/R collection Handle outbound calling to schedule appointments . Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the office system. Scheduling and confirming appointments, assisting with service and install departments Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues efficiently. Rotating with others for the Saturday showroom schedule for showroom, 10-3 Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly. Experience with outbound calling is a plus, demonstrating proactive engagement with customers.
