Customer Service Representative 122 Jennings Street, Endicott, NY 13760 From $23 an hour - Full-time From $23 an hour - Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for every client. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping others. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy. A/R collection Handle outbound calling to schedule appointments . Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the office system. Scheduling and confirming appointments, assisting with service and install departments Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues efficiently. Rotating with others for the Saturday showroom schedule for showroom, 10-3 Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly. Experience with outbound calling is a plus, demonstrating proactive engagement with customers. Proficiency in analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service at all times.
