Coordinator (Temporary Assignment)

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Coordinator for a temporary assignment at our Endicott location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing schedules, and supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Assist customers with scheduling deliveries and installations Coordinate appointments and maintain scheduling accuracy Provide general administrative support to the team Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and follow-up

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency Previous administrative or coordination experience preferred

Pay Details:
