Sales and Customer Service Representative (Mechanical Knowledge Required)

We are currently seeking a responsible, self-motivated team player to join our fast growing Customer Support Group for After-Market Parts and Solutions. The position is primarily responsible for driving revenue and bottom line results. This role is responsible for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty using a proactive process based approach resulting in planned regular customer contact as well as improved service levels The position requires accuracy, with excellent telephone and communication skills to assist our customers. • 2 + years' experience in dynamic customer support and sales environment

Education:

Associates Degree or higher

• Demonstrated computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal skills required.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish is a definite plus.
