Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm 30 minute paid lunch break About Us State Farm is looking for a friendly, service-focused Bilingual (Chinese-English) Insurance Office Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, explaining insurance options clearly, and providing excellent front-desk and phone support. Key Responsibilities Greet customers in person and assist over the phone in Chinese and English Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and account information (training provided) Process requests such as endorsements, billing questions, policy changes, and documentation Assist with new business and service calls (leads provided) Maintain accurate customer records in the agency management system Support office operations and administrative tasks Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely customer service Qualifications Must be able to obtain personal lines license with full reimbursement when employed Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin preferred) and English (written and spoken) Customer service experience preferred (insurance or financial services is a plus) Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems Must pass any required background checks Preferred Skills Experience in insurance, claims, billing, customer service, sales support Experience with CRM/agency systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan 401k after 1 year of employment Training and professional development Supportive team environment Compensation H ourly wage plus commission and bonus $45,000 to $85,000
