Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone etiquette and have experience in customer support or client services. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Process billing/refund transactions with precision and accountability. Maintain a professional demeanor while managing customer expectations. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality. Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the system. • Follow company procedures and compliance requirements (ex. HIPAA, PCI, PHI, PII, and HITECH) Requirements Excellent communication skills and ability to answer between 40-60 calls per day during Open Enrollment for our clients. Previous experience in a call center or office environment preferred. Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office emphasis on Excel and Outlook. Proficient in analyzing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage. Experience with Insurance products and terminology a plus. Health Insurance license is a bonus.
