Counter Person

```Duties```

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register or POS system
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items
• Upsell additional products or specials to customers
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes as needed ```Qualifications```
• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change
• Experience with POS systems, preferably Toast POS
• Previous sales or customer service experience in a food service environment is preferred
• Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation is a plus We are looking for a friendly and energetic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and occasional lifting of heavy objects.
