Gas Service Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gas Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in propane gas technical services and a passion for problem-solving. As a Gas Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining indoor & outdoor home heating equipment . Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. Duties Perform maintenance and repairs on various residential indoor & outdoor heating equipment. Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot common issues. Conduct annual inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions to homeowners. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and effectiveness. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with homeowners regarding repairs and maintenance needs. Work with the installation team as needed. Willingness to work an on-call weekend and after-hours rotation. Safely operate company vehicles. Requirements Proven experience as a Gas Service Technician or in a similar role. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required. Technical certification is a plus.
