The Role This is a hybrid Accounts Receivable and Customer Service role supporting Latitude's New York and New Jersey markets. You'll be the go-to person for keeping our NY business running smoothly — from making sure invoices get paid on time to resolving account questions with professionalism and speed. This is an in-person role based in Harrison, NY. You'll work closely with our sales and finance teams to keep the business moving.

Shared Responsibilities include:

• Payment application through multiple payment methods: lockbox, credit card, and mobile app.
• Oversee past due balances and assist with collections occasionally with a third party collections agency
• Hold weekly AR status calls with sales representatives
• Manage individual state delinquency requirements
• Order approvals

Requirements:

• Some experience providing excellent customer service
• Excellent problem solving, record keeping, listening and conversational skills
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong relationship management skills, including the ability to turn difficult situations into positive outcomes
• Computer skills to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Thrive working independently, in person located in Harrison,NY.
• The schedule for this part-position is 3 days/week , approx 5hrs per day.
