We're growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join and support our print operation. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. You'll be the first voice our clients hear. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, professionally, and with a friendly attitude Print and distribute job tickets; data entry and tracking of orders accurately Greet walk-in customers Coordinate with production staff to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery Provide clients with accurate information on job status Support the broader CSR team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations You're a Good Fit If You... Eager to learn new things Can prioritize based on importance Pay attention to detail and pride themselves on accuracy and dependability. Develop good client relationships. Work well in a small, close-knit team. Pick up new software quickly — and are Mac proficient. Qualifications Excellent phone presence and written communication skills Strong data entry accuracy with ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously English fluency required Compensation & Benefits Rate based on experience Full-time, in-person — Hauppauge, NY
